Stay Alert. Stay Safe.
At Credigo, the safety and security of our customers are extremely important to us. With the increasing use of digital financial services, there has also been an increase in fraudulent websites, applications, social media accounts, phone calls and messages attempting to impersonate legitimate financial service providers.
We have also become aware of customers approaching Credigo regarding communications or services from entities using names similar to Credigo, including “Cridgo.”
Important Notice
Credigo is not associated with “Cridgo” or any other similarly named entity, website, application or service unless specifically identified through Credigo’s official channels.
If you have been contacted by an entity using a similar name, please verify its authenticity before sharing any information, making any payment or proceeding with any financial transaction.
How Fraudsters May Approach You
Fraudsters may attempt to gain your trust by pretending to represent Credigo or another legitimate financial institution.
Some common methods include:
Fake Loan Offers
You may receive calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS messages or online advertisements offering instant loans or other financial services while claiming to represent Credigo.
Requests for Upfront Payments
Fraudsters may ask you to transfer money towards processing fees, security deposits, loan activation, verification, foreclosure or other charges before providing a promised service.
Similar Names and Branding
Fraudulent or unrelated entities may use names, logos, website designs or communication styles that resemble those of legitimate companies to create confusion.
Requests for Sensitive Information
You may be asked to share your OTP, PAN, Aadhaar details, bank account information, card details, passwords or other confidential information.
Fake Websites, Apps or Links
Fraudsters may send links to websites or applications that appear legitimate but are designed to collect your personal or financial information.
How to Protect Yourself
Verify Before You Trust
Always verify that you are interacting with Credigo through an official Credigo channel. Do not assume that an organisation is associated with Credigo merely because its name, logo or website appears similar.
Never Share OTPs or Passwords
Never disclose your OTP, password, PIN or other authentication credentials to anyone claiming to represent Credigo.
Be Careful With Payment Requests
Do not transfer money to personal bank accounts, UPI IDs or other payment destinations merely because someone claims to represent Credigo.
Always verify the payment instructions through Credigo’s official channels.
Do Not Click Suspicious Links
Avoid opening links received through unknown WhatsApp numbers, SMS messages, emails or social media accounts.
If you are unsure whether a communication is genuine, contact Credigo directly through the contact information published on our official website.
Protect Your Personal Information
Your PAN, Aadhaar, bank account information and other KYC details are sensitive.
Share such information only when you are certain that you are interacting through an authorised and secure channel.

Please rely only on:
- Credigo’s official website
- Official Credigo email addresses

A similar company name, logo, website or application does not mean that the entity is associated with Credigo.
